Example Subscription Implementation

Rentable tokens are leased for a fixed time, after which, they expire. They are a useful mechanism to provide limited access to a good or service, and, therefore, can be used to create on-chain subscriptions. For example, a creator could set up a page of content gated by a token. The creator could mint all valid tokens to their own wallet and then list them for rental for fixed periods of time. Anyone wishing to access the content would have to 'subscribe' by renting one of the available tokens and continue renting it for as long as they would like access to the content. The creator could use Decent's adjustable cap feature to add more tokens, available rental seats, based on demand for the content.
